You provide the customer or client message you paste into ReplyWise. You should avoid pasting sensitive personal, financial, medical, legal, or confidential information unless you have the right to share it.

You provide the customer or client message you paste into ReplyWise. You should avoid pasting sensitive personal, financial, medical, legal, or confidential information unless you have the right to share it.
Messages are sent to the ReplyWise generation API and then to the configured OpenAI model so a recommended business move and reply can be generated.
ReplyWise stores authenticated account details, settings, workspace records, usage events, and audit records in its configured Supabase project. Persistent commercial memory and third-party analytics platforms are not available in this release.
Reply generation depends on OpenAI. Hosting is designed for Vercel-compatible deployment. Additional processors should be documented here before they are added.
ReplyWise does not currently store pasted messages in an application database. Server, hosting, or model-provider logs may still exist depending on deployment and provider configuration.
A verified public privacy contact is not configured. Do not send sensitive data through an unverified contact channel.
