Acceptable use
Do not use ReplyWise to create deceptive, illegal, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or manipulative communications.
Availability
ReplyWise may be unavailable due to maintenance, provider outages, missing configuration, rate limits, or deployment issues.
Current commercial status
ReplyWise is preparing a United States, USD-only controlled pilot. Live paid checkout is not active. Pilot cancellation is intended to take effect at the end of the current paid period. Refund requests are reviewed individually through support@replywisehq.com; no automatic refund or guaranteed refund outcome is offered. Tax collection is deferred pending a separate decision.
